Back from the Lumsden Valley
I’ve returned from The Sage Hill Writing Experience where I had the opportunity (for ten days!) to work under Spider Robinson. Sage Hill offers a number of workshops, and I elected to take the Sci-Fi workhsop. The retreat took place at St. Michael’s Retreat, a friary in the Lumsden valley. I’m currently sending out a short story that I completed at the retreat to sci-fi magazines (but no simultaneous submissions, so it might take a while to get placed.) I’m crossing my fingers.
Meeting writers from around the country was amaaazing. Writing knowledge has officially been levelled up.
